This Privacy Policy describes how WeSkye Studio LLC ("WeSkye Studio," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use fewer, our decluttering inventory mobile application and related websites.
1. what fewer does
fewer helps you inventory things you own, organize them by location, share selected items with household or office spaces, and keep other items private. Optional AI features can suggest item names, brands, categories, or parsed text when you choose to use them. Manual entry is always available and never depends on AI.
We do not sell your information, run advertising in the app, or use your inventory to train AI models.
2. information we collect
information you provide
- Email address. Used for account creation, sign-in, and account recovery.
- Photos you upload. Stored privately for your inventory. Photo links are signed and expire.
- Inventory details. Item names, descriptions, locations, categories, notes, visibility settings, and custom tags.
- Voice or OCR text. If you use voice or OCR shortcuts, fewer stores the resulting text or item fields, not a general-purpose audio archive.
- Subscription status. Whether your account has fewer Plus, managed through RevenueCat and the App Store.
information collected automatically
- Account ID. An internal Supabase user ID tied to your account.
- AI usage counts. Used to enforce monthly free-tier AI limits and monitor cost. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not collect aggregate feature-use counts or product-interaction telemetry — v1.0 ships no analytics SDK.
- Website request metadata. Cloudflare may process standard web request metadata such as IP address and user agent to serve getfewer.app.
information we do not collect
We do not collect precise location, contacts, browsing history, health data, financial account data, or data for advertising tracking. We do not currently collect crash data or performance diagnostics in v1.0.
3. how we use information
| purpose | information used |
|---|---|
| provide core inventory features | email, account ID, photos, item details, shared-space settings |
| identify items through Smart Add | photos or extracted text only when you choose the AI feature |
| enforce free-tier AI limits | account ID and monthly AI usage count |
| manage subscriptions | subscription status and App Store transaction events via RevenueCat |
| respond to support or legal requests | the contact information and issue details you provide |
| protect the service and comply with law | only the information reasonably needed for that purpose |
4. AI processing
Smart Add is optional. When you tap the AI affordance, fewer sends the selected photo or extracted text to Google's Gemini API so it can suggest item information. We do not use your inventory or photos to train AI models, and we do not opt into model-training data collection.
You can turn AI off in Settings → AI Suggestions. When AI is off, manual entry remains available and photos are not sent to Gemini for item recognition.
5. service providers
We use service providers to run fewer. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role.
- Supabase. Authentication, database, and private file storage. Privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy.
- Google Gemini API. Optional AI item recognition and text parsing. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- RevenueCat. Subscription management and receipt validation. Privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
- Apple. App Store distribution and in-app purchases on iOS. Apple's privacy policy applies to information Apple collects directly when you purchase.
- Google Play. Play Store distribution and in-app purchases on Android. Google's privacy policy applies to information Google Play collects directly when you purchase. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- Cloudflare. Website hosting, DNS, and CDN services for getfewer.app. Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
6. sharing with other people
fewer lets you create spaces and invite other people. Items marked shared are visible to members of that space based on their role. Items marked private are visible only to you.
Sharing happens inside the app. We do not publish your inventory publicly. The sharing model is enforced at the database layer so private items cannot be retrieved by other space members through direct API access.
7. your choices and rights
- Access and correction. You can view and edit your inventory in the app.
- Export. You can export inventory data to CSV from Settings.
- AI opt-out. You can disable AI suggestions in Settings → AI Suggestions.
- Privacy requests. Depending on where you live, you may have additional access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection rights.
To exercise privacy rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
7.1 delete your account
You can permanently delete your account and inventory from Settings → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing [email protected] from the email address tied to your account.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no grace period or recovery window.
What gets deleted:
- your account — email address, user ID, and profile
- every space you own, and everything in it: items, photos, locations, categories, and pending invitations. Co-members lose access; if someone else needs to keep using a shared space, transfer ownership first.
- in spaces owned by other people: items you added that were marked private are deleted; items you added that were marked shared stay with the space (your authorship is removed)
- all photos tied to items that are deleted
- your local subscription state — the current tier and expiration we cache so the app can grant Plus access, plus a log of subscription events (purchase, renewal, cancellation, store payloads from RevenueCat) used to keep that cache in sync
What we cannot delete for you:
- purchase and subscription records held by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat. Those providers keep their own records for as long as their billing, tax, and compliance obligations require — contact them directly if you need them removed on their side.
Account deletion does not cancel your subscription. Cancel separately:
- iOS — open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → fewer → Cancel.
- Android — open the Google Play Store app → menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → fewer → Cancel.
If you want a copy of your data first, use Settings → Export inventory (CSV) before deleting. Full step-by-step instructions are at getfewer.app/support.
7.2 delete some of your data without deleting your account
To remove a single item, open it in fewer and tap Delete. The item is moved to Trash. To restore it or remove it for good, open Settings → Trash: the space owner can restore each item or tap Delete permanently. Permanent removal from Trash deletes the item and its photo records from your inventory. The underlying photo files in our private storage bucket are not automatically removed at this step; if you need them deleted, email us and we will purge them on your behalf.
For off-device requests — for example, if you cannot access the app — email [email protected] from the email address tied to your account and tell us what to delete. See getfewer.app/support for details.
8. children
fewer is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete the account.
9. retention
- Active accounts. We retain account and inventory data while your account exists.
- Deleted accounts. When you delete your account, your account and inventory data are deleted immediately and permanently. Residual copies in encrypted backups cycle out within 90 days.
- AI scan logs. We keep limited metadata about AI calls for quota, cost, and abuse monitoring. These logs do not include photo content.
- Subscription state we hold while your account exists. fewer caches your current subscription status (tier, expiration, product id) and keeps a log of subscription events (purchase, renewal, cancellation, RevenueCat store payloads) so the app can grant Plus access correctly. Both are deleted with your account.
- Billing and subscription records held by the app stores and RevenueCat. Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat each keep their own purchase and subscription records for as long as their billing, tax, and compliance obligations require. We cannot delete those records on your behalf — contact the relevant store or provider directly.
10. security
We use TLS in transit, provider-managed encryption at rest, private storage buckets, expiring signed URLs for photos, and database Row-Level Security rules that limit access by user and space membership.
No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a security incident involving your information, we will respond and notify affected users as required by applicable law.
11. international processing
WeSkye Studio is based in the United States. If you use fewer from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and by the service providers listed above.
12. changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide notice through the app, the website, or email when required.
